Co-founded · the marketplace for GTA mobile auto service.
What was in the way.
The GTA automotive services market is fragmented and trust-broken. Detailers, mobile mechanics, and roadside assistants all operate through DMs, word-of-mouth, and sketchy Facebook groups. Customers have no visibility into pricing, availability, or reliability. Providers have no infrastructure. The category was ripe — nobody had built it right.
What we actually did.
We co-founded Revly from zero — Figma to App Store. A two-sided iOS marketplace for detailing, mobile servicing, and roadside assistance across the GTA. Designed the full product in Figma, engineered the Flutter frontend, and built a Supabase backend across 20+ tables with PostGIS for real-time location, row-level security, and realtime subscriptions. Payments through Stripe PaymentSheet with Apple Pay. Booking confirmation via Firebase push and Resend transactional email. Google Maps with a custom dark style, Places autocomplete, and Apple Sign In for frictionless onboarding. End-to-end booking flow confirmed working on a physical iPhone before any public release.
What changed.
A production-grade iOS marketplace built at startup speed, without startup bloat. Revly is preparing for TestFlight and App Store submission with a community-native launch strategy built around the GTA car scene.
