01 · Challenge

What was in the way.

A dealership sitting on a broken dev relationship, scattered credentials, and no real web presence worth keeping. Domain access was held by an outgoing developer. DNS was unmanaged. There was no inventory automation, no booking system, no admin portal — just a static site that didn't reflect what the client had actually built. During the handoff, a third-party Vercel security incident surfaced. Before it could become a client problem, we rotated all Stripe keys and Supabase credentials proactively. The client never felt it.

02 · Approach

What we actually did.

A full-stack SvelteKit dealership platform deployed on Vercel, built from the ground up. Inventory syncs automatically from DealerPull via FTP on a daily cron — no manual updates, no stale listings. Parts purchasing runs through a Supabase/PostgreSQL store with Stripe checkout. Service bookings handled through a custom booking system. Staff have a full admin portal with scoped access. We migrated all domains to Cloudflare, stood up Zoho Mail on Canadian servers for both CFC and DoubleClutch, and transferred everything from the previous developer cleanly. MX records, DNS, GitHub repos — done right the first time.

03 · Outcome

What changed.

A dealership site Adi is actually proud to send clients to. The site reflects the inventory in real time, handles service bookings without a phone call, and runs without babysitting. We moved from chaos to a system the client can grow into.
