What was in the way.

Patients were calling reception for hours-of-operation questions the old site didn't answer cleanly, and the booking page looked nothing like the practice's calm in-clinic feel.

02 · Approach

What we actually did.

We rebuilt the practice site around a single decision: 'is this useful to a patient looking at their phone before bed?' New IA, clinic-tone copy, soft palette pulled from the renovated waiting room.

What changed.

Reception call volume dropped meaningfully in the first two months; online bookings became the primary intake channel.
